2FA code error

If user was cautioned “ 2FA code error”, when input Google Authenticator code, please perform these steps below to resolve problems.
1. Sync the time on your phone ( For IOS, please set System TimeZone, for Android “Reset time code” in the settings.
2. Turn on incognito status on Google Chrome;
3. Delete History Browser and Cookies;
4. Try on the phone app.
If these steps above can’t solve the problems, please reinstall Google Authenticator as instructions below.
