Why was your KYC document rejected

The KYC document could be rejected by following reasons:
1. The KYC document was unsuitable : the verification information didn't match with the Identity document.
2. Passport/Identity document expired with the time to perform KYC.
3. KYC photos were unclear and were edited by photo edit applications.
4. KYC photos were blurred.
5. Paper note incorrect.
Please re-KYC, after reading these instructions carefully to make sure your KYC document can be accepted as soon as possible.
