How to reset password

1. At the Sign-in interface, click to [Forgot Password] to perform the Reset Password process.

2. Chose the type of account you want to reset (Email) and input the Account need to reset, then click to “Confirm”.

3. You must click to “ Reset Password ” in your email.

4. After click *Reset Password*, need to input new password.

5. Complete these steps to fulfill the reset password process.

*Due to security reasons, after the reset password process is completed, the withdrawal function will be deactivated within 24h, after 24h the function will be re-active automatically.
