KYC Tutorial

Access to www.fastwallet.io and Sign-in with your Fast Wallet Account, then click to “My Profile”.

Choose “VERIFY”

Input your Identity information ( Name, DOB, Nationality )

Please fulfill all the required information exactly the same with your Identity Document. You can chose 1 of 3 types Identity Document : Identity Card/Passport/Drive License.

At the “Postal Code”, please fill in the blank with the correct postal code of your location, then click”Continue”.

- Send a photo within 2 parts :

1: Front of identification.

2: A paper note with details like a tutorial picture.

- Send a photo within 2 parts :

1: Back of identification.

2: A paper note with details like a tutorial picture.

- Take a Selfie, hold the paper note on your right hand, hold the identification on your left hand.

- DONE FOR KYC

*NOTICE:

- Please make sure the KYC photo must be clear.

- KYC will be rejected if you upload wrong identity document

- To prevent cheating, you just can capture a new photo, and cannot access to gallery through KYC process.

- Please use the rear camera for Selfie picture, to make sure the information not be up-side-down.

- Date on the Paper note is the day you apply the KYC document.

- Please attach “Paper Note” as follow instructions.
